Olei Bio - Can design 100 ml

Olui Bio is an extra-virgin oil with a unique and irresistible flavour, made of 100% ogliarola olives.

The extraordinary quality is also due to the mechanical cold pressing, that is the only method we use to obtain oil and guarantee a superior category.

The result? An extra-virgin oil characterized by an yellow- green and a sweet taste also when just pressed, and a fruity delicate and slightly bitter aroma, rich in polyphenols (427 mg/kg)and with very low acidity (0.15).

Olei is a Monocultivar of Coratina,  superior category of olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mecahanical processes.

The olives are produced by olive trees of Società Agricola Olère in Agro di Ostuni

Olei is characterized by a fruity scent, with a tipical bitter sensation accompanied by a pleasant spicy sensation at the end.
