The extraordinary quality is also due to the mechanical cold pressing, that is the only method we use to obtain oil and guarantee a superior category.

The result? An extra-virgin oil characterized by an yellow- green and a sweet taste also when just pressed, and a fruity delicate and slightly bitter aroma, rich in polyphenols (427 mg/kg)and with very low acidity (0.15).
